到邁索爾（Mysore） Prana Vashya Yoga教室參加工作坊，連續5天接受Vinay老師的親自指導

同時於9月22號(日)與台灣連線，同步進行秋分108拜日式(Surya Namaskara)活動。

1. A pilgrimage that yoga practitioners must take in their lifetime:

Go to the Prana Vashya Yoga classroom in Mysore to attend a workshop and receive personal guidance from teacher Vinay for 5 consecutive days (screaming~~~~~)

At the same time, it will be connected to Taiwan on 9/22 to synchronize the 108th Autumnal Equinox Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskara) event.

2、南印度休閒度假風情體驗

參訪邁索爾美麗的皇宮、宇宙女王卡莉女神Goddess Kali

神廟、印度手印染布工坊、純手工銀飾品工坊、Hanna手繪體驗，還會去以印度紅茶著名的Nirgiri山區等等等。

Visit the beautiful royal palace of Mysore and Goddess Kali, the Queen of the Universe

Temple, Indian handprint and dyeing workshop, pure handmade silver jewelry workshop, Hanna hand-painting experience, and also go to Nirgiri mountainous area famous for Indian black tea, etc.
